About us
The Right Learning Company
The Right Learning Company was started by Huw Duggan in 2019 — a former Strategic advisor for Closing the Gap and a dyslexic learner.
Why Right Learning? Because the right side of the brain is the part that drives creativity and allows for connections in learning. At RLC, we believe that teaching and learning should be a creative experience. Hence, we use the term “Creative Pedagogy” to describe what we do for schools. All with an eye on impact.
The Right Learning Company is a leadership development and coaching consultancy based in the UK that supports schools and colleges worldwide. We provide creative leadership development and solutions-focused strategies for leaders at all levels and practitioners involved in providing education and learning.
Our inspirational programmes and consultancy have proven success and organisational impact globally.

Creative Pedagogy
This is the term we use to describe our approach. It covers a range of classroom approaches that ensure learners are at the heart of their learning journey.
Ask not Tell
