We develop coaches who value, motivate, and empower your teachers and leaders to engage in professional learning and grow their effectiveness, improving student attitudes and outcomes. At its heart, “Assessment IN Learning” is essentially a coaching approach. We are empowering children to take charge of their assessment. However, we also want to enable teachers to be better through coaching. Finally, we want to empower school leaders to be the best coaches they can be.
