RLC  is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects staff and education consultants to share this commitment.

 RLC takes seriously its responsibilities in relation to safeguarding. We go far beyond the requirements of a commercial organisation; in vetting members of our team, we follow the same stringent guidance that would be expected if employed in a school context.

 We thoroughly check the following:

• Identity

• Address

• Date of Birth

• Photo Identity

• Qualifications

• Health

• Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) disclosure

• Right to Work in the UK

 All members of the RLC  carry a form of identity, which can be checked at any time whether they are  working in a school or not .

 Our company ID badges include reference to the DBS number.
